This Early Access Policy (“Policy”) is an addendum to the RiskForce LLC Terms of Service and governs your participation in the Early Access program for the RiskForce Orchestrator software (“Product”). By accessing or using the Product during the Early Access period, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Early Access Period
The Early Access period for the RiskForce Orchestrator begins on April 1, 2025, and will continue until such time as RiskForce LLC, at its sole discretion, announces the conclusion or cancellation of the Early Access program. RiskForce LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Early Access period at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Status and Limitations
During the Early Access period:
- The Product is provided on a pre-release and as-is basis.
- Certain features or functionalities, including those that may have been marketed or purchased, may be partially implemented, non-functional, or subject to change without notice.
- Service uptime and availability are not guaranteed, and users may experience unplanned outages, interruptions, or performance issues.
3. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By accessing or using the RiskForce Orchestrator during the Early Access period, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand and accept the limitations of a pre-release software product.
- You assume all risks associated with the use of the Product in this state.
- You waive any claim against RiskForce LLC for feature completeness, performance reliability, or service availability during this period.
4. Feedback
RiskForce LLC may solicit or receive feedback, suggestions, or other input from users during the Early Access period. Any such feedback provided by users may be used by RiskForce LLC without restriction or compensation, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
5. Modification of Terms
RiskForce LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the RiskForce Orchestrator after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
